1) Place both earbuds into charging case & plug in USB cable to a computer.
2) Go to http://btu.bose.com and enter the serial number of the earbuds, the website will then update the firmware of the earbuds and when the process is completed, they will have been paired together.
3) The earbuds will now be officially synced together and you will be able to pair with your bluetooth device as normal.
One side only, does not include anything other than 1 replacement earbud- LEFT ear only. Tested and fully functional.
